Brand strategy that starts with the human, not the market. Because everything else goes top down from there.
We find the brand that's already inside your business — and help you stop blocking it.

A few expensive lessons investing in businesses that didn't work out — so I did what any rational person does. Got angry. Got sad. Then got into psychology, coaching, and enough therapy to write a book (still considering it).
What I came out with: brand strategy on its own doesn't work. It can look clean. It can be AI-generated in 30 seconds. But without the human underneath, it stays cold. Customers feel that. Always!
What works is going into the founder first. Because it all goes top down. When the founder is open, the culture is. The team is. The decisions are. What gets built drives real emotion, real loyalty, real results.

Russia, 90s. Adults around me stressed, sometimes furious. I trained young to read voice tones, micro-shifts, the second a word landed wrong. Not to be polite — to be safe. Twenty years later it turns out that's exactly what brand strategy needs.
Most freelancers and small business owners I meet do one of two things. Perform a polished version of themselves nobody loves as much as they think they do. Or refuse to position at all because they don't want to be in a box. Same problem either way — you can't see the brand you already have.
The work I do is the third option. Find what's already there. Name it. The most important - help you stop blocking it.
Seven years on and off — coffee, kindergartens, coaches, construction, gyms. Different industries, same pattern. The founder always has the answer. They just can't say it out loud yet.

Most brand strategists apply a framework to you. I don't. I listen for what's already moving inside your work, and we name it together.
Three movements run through everything I do.
Sensing. I listen for the markers. Where your voice drops. Where you pause. What you over-explain. What you avoid. Where you come alive. The signature surfaces in your own words, not mine.
Dissolving. Once we see the signature, we look at what's blocking it. The polished version you've maintained. The fear of being too direct, too niche, too soon. I don't point at it as a flaw — I name it as basic neuroscience, so you stop being afraid of your own resistance.
Positioning. What's left is what was always true. We name it clearly enough that you can claim it. In a room, in a conversation, on a page.
Somewhere in this, when conditions are right, something happens I can't engineer. I'll say a sentence I didn't plan, there's a small silence, something shifts in you. I can't promise that part. But the methodology creates the conditions for it to land.

Symbols and analogies do work that direct language can't. In a session, I'll often offer one — a metaphor, an image, a story, a physical gesture — and watch a founder shift in a way that hours of explanation wouldn't have moved.
But symbols don't only describe. The good ones become anchors — things you can use again and again to call back a state. A word. A gesture. An image. A thought. Once anchored, they work like a switch.
My own brand is built on this principle.
uPure carries three layers:
— you are pure — what's authentic in you is already there, before any positioning — uP — the work moves you upward, into clarity and visibility — ure — your jurisdiction, your terrain, the place where you decide
You don't have to consciously decode it. That's the point of symbolic language. It works underneath.

Rebis is my anchor — an alchemical symbol of opposites unified into wholeness. Masculine and feminine. Sun and moon. Inner and outer. Every time I see it, it reminds me what the work actually does: dissolve the gap between who a founder is and the version they've been performing. When the gap closes, the brand stops feeling like a costume. The inside and the outside finally agree. That's the whole job.
In our sessions, we find the anchors that are alive for you. A symbol, a phrase, a physical action, a thought. Things you can use after the session, on your own, to call back the state you need.
