Most brand strategists apply a framework to you. I don't. I listen for what's already moving inside your business — your team, your customers, your numbers — and we build from there.
Three movements run underneath every project.
Sensing. I listen for the markers. Where the team disagrees about what you stand for. Where customers hesitate. Where the loyal ones tell you a story you've stopped hearing. The signature is always already in there. You just can't see it from inside.
Dissolving. Once we see the signature, we name what's blocking it. The polished story that doesn't quite land. The fear of narrowing. The "this is how everyone in our industry does it" pattern. I name it as basic neuroscience, you stop being afraid of it, it moves.
Positioning. What's left is what was always true. We name it clearly enough that your team picks it up immediately, your customers recognise themselves in it, and your organisation aligns around it.
